Fall is such a beautiful time of the year. It’s a great time to visit pumpkin patches, go on hayrides and also take a walk in the beautiful outdoors.
Now is the time to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful colors of fall. According to the Department of of Conservation and National Resources, the statewide peak for fall foliage is here! Leaves are transitioning in the Lehigh Valley as well as other areas of the state as temperatures remain seasonal to below average.

Peak conditions range from the eastern Allegheny Plateau eastward to the southern Pocono region, including major parts of the eastern and southcentral Appalachians according to the DCNR. Excellent color can also be found in the Laurel Highlands to the southwest.
