Swimming is currently prohibited at Beltzville Lake. The lake is located in Lehighton, Pennsylvania and part of Beltzville State Park.
According to their facebook page, routine water testing has returned an elevated coliform count and so swimming is prohibited in Beltzville Lake. Their day use area remains open.
The park will re-test the water and re-open swimming when bacteria counts fall into acceptable levels.
