Update:  Arron is having some health concerns and was transported to the hospital this morning.  The bike ride (Rev Up for Arron) will still go on as scheduled.  The ride is a celebration of Arron and the ride will be recorded for Arron and his wife and family to watch.  There will be cupcakes and a card/donation collection.

Any questions, feel free to message or call Tanya Kromer at 610-704-9968.  Updates will be posted as I receive them.
Please continue to keep Arron, Cheryl & the boys in your prayers. They need them tremendously.

On Sunday, May 5th, there will be a Lap of Honor for Arron Borger of Northampton, PA.   Arron is currently in hospice care for colon cancer.  In February, he was given two weeks to live.  On May 9th he will be turning 47.

Arron and his wife Cheryl are newlyweds. They were married in January.  They have two wonderful sons, Dom age 19 and Mason age 4.  This has been a very emotional time for them as well as financially difficult.

The Borgers are a generous, kind-hearted family.  Arron is a wonderful husband, father and friend.  He loves motorcycles, cars and working with his hands.  He spent many years at area bike and auto shops both riding and working. He cherishes the days when he had his beautiful Harley.

A friend of the family has set up an event for the Borgers.  It is called Rev up for Arron and WGOLV is the Media Sponsor of this fundraising event.

On Sunday, May 5th bikes will meet at 2:00 pm at the Municipal Park located on Laubach Avenue in Northampton, PA. This is a rain or shine event.  Bikes will ride a few blocks and pass by the Borger home.  At that time, guests will be there for the celebration of Arron’s birthday.  Yard signs will be placed outside the home (Rev up for Arron) and riders may stop for cupcakes.  They hope to be able to wheel Arron outside to watch the bikes as they drive by.

Gift cards for gas, groceries, donations to help with personal care items for Arron and to help pay for bills would be a tremendous help for this family.  They can be dropped at the time of the ride or sent to  Arron & Cheryl Borger at 405 East 7th Street Northampton, PA 18067.
