Pennsylvania State Police say that, for unknown reasons, the truck left the right side of the roadway, hit an embankment, and then a traffic sign. The truck continued to go up the embankment and then overturned, according to state police.

The truck ended up on its roof in the woods by the road and appeared heavily damaged.

State police say Cooke was pronounced dead at the scene.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.
