MOREAU, N.Y.
A missing 9-year-old girl has been found safe after disappearing from Moreau Lake State Park in New York on Saturday.
According to the New York State Police, Charlotte has been found safe and in good health.
The statement read, "Charlotte Sena has been located and [is] in good health," "A suspect is in custody. This is still an active investigation."
Previously, a New York State AMBER ALERT was activated at about 6:45 p.m. on 9/30/2023.
The 51-year-old suspect reportedly has a criminal history involving sexual abuse, according to the Albany Times-Union.
