The Great Allentown Fair is set to crown its new Fair Queen at the 172nd annual fair on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
The Fair Queen Contest and Coronation will be hosted at the Astound Broadband Farmerama Theater at 7:30 p.m.

There are four finalists competing for the crown this year, succeeding 2023's Queen Kamryn Fink of Germansville.
The winner will receive a $1,500 scholarship from Lehigh-Northampton Pomona Grange #68 and the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market.
Meet the Finalists:

17-year-old Olivia Wisser is the daughter of Amy and Jason Wisser of New Tripoli.
She is a senior at Northwestern Lehigh High School, where she is on honor roll and was recently named junior drum major for the Northwestern Lehigh Tiger marching band.
Outside of school, Olivia has won several awards in Head, Heart, Hands, and Health (4-H). At the 2024 Schnecksville Fair, she won Supreme Champion Dairy beef steer and Reserve Champion Showman in Dairy cattle and beef.
She is involved in the school newspaper, Lehigh County 4-H Dairy club (where she is both president and secretary), Lehigh County 4-H Livestock club, Lehigh County 4-H Teen Council (secretary) and Lehigh County 4-H Programming Development Committee.
She hopes to attend college to become a herd manager for a dairy farm.

Cyani Gonzalez is the 18-year-old daughter of Jeannette Cruz of Allentown.
She graduated on the honor roll from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 2024, where she also received the Citizen Peace and Most Likely to Succeed with the Most Positive Attitude Award.
She is currently a freshman at Northampton Community College, where she is majoring in early childhood education with a minor in special education.
Gonzalez is involved in competitive dance, color guard, Eco club, mock trial and debate team, baton twirling, tennis and cheerleading. She has volunteered at Drump Corps International (DCI), the animal shelter STAR and Monocacy Park tree planting and trash removal.
She plans to become an elementary school teacher after graduating.

18-year-old Atong Madok is the daughter of Maieek Madok of Allentown.
She graduated from William Allen High School this past year.
While attending William Allen, she earned her associate's degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) via an early college program.
At LCCC, she made the Dean's List and received the Outstanding Writer Scholarship and the Mentzell Scholarship.
Madok plans to attend Kutztown University and major in Cellular/Micro Biology. She is involved in tennis, art club, track, Trio Upward Bound club and film club. She also has a passion for creative writing.
Her goal is to earn a degree in biology.

Zoie Jones is the 17-year-old daughter of Heather Chapkovitch and Eric Jones of Kutztown. She is a senior at Kutztown Area High School, where she is involved in wildlife sciences through the Future Farmers of America (FFA) program.
She won first place in Wildlife Community Development Events (CDEs) and for the Envirothon Team, the latter of which went on to compete in the state competition, where she received third place for public speaking.
Zoie is also the recipient of the Small Animal Manager Award, Greenhand Degree, Chapter Scholarship Award, Chapter Leadership Award, Chapter Degree and Creed Speaking Contest. She is involved with the swim team, track and field, cross country, volleyball and fishing club.
Zoie loves insects and has a beehive that she just started harvesting honey from. After graduation, she plans to attend a four-year college and major in wildlife biology.
