WGOLV.COM - An American Airlines plane unexpectedly caught fire at Denver International Airport Thursday night, prompting passengers to evacuate onto the aircraft's wing as dense black smoke engulfed the tarmac.
No injuries were reported after the fire broke out on the passenger plane, which was stationed at Gate C38 of the Colorado airport, officials informed KDVR.

The airport said, “Passengers were evacuated and the slides were deployed.”
Videos posted on social media depict flames and smoke engulfing the aircraft as airport crews attempted to put out the dangerous blaze.
