BUSHKILL TWP., Pa - Bushkill Township Volunteer Fire Company announced the passing of Harrison R. "J.R." Kline, Jr. He was 71 years old and the husband of Marjorie A. (Smith) Kline. “J.R.”
Jr." was a member of the fire company for 43 years.
Upon joining in 1981, he committed his life to serving the residents and visitors of the Township as a firefighter and as Santa Claus.
They said he will be remembered as a cornerstone of the firehouse and the Bushkill Township community.
They ask that you keep Jr. and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
His viewing is scheduled for Thursday at Bensing Funeral Home located at 2165 Community Drive in Bath from 4 pm - 7 pm.
Funeral services will start Friday at 11 am with a final ride through the Township.
