CeeDee Lamb has landed a historic $136 million contract from the Cowboys, ending his holdout.
The star receiver for the Cowboys agreed to a record-breaking $136 million contract extension on Monday, which includes a $38 million signing bonus to end his holdout, according to ESPN.

Lamb will become the second-highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history, with an annual average value (AAV) of $34 million, which is slightly below the $35 million AAV of Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson.

Lamb now has 13 days to practice before the Cowboys open the season on the road against the Browns.
Lamb, 25, was entering the final year of his rookie contract worth $17.991 million. The former Oklahoma star sought a new deal that would place him among his peers.
During his holdout, he stayed away from camp, but the general impression was that the parties would eventually reach a deal that suited both sides.
The Cowboys now have Lamb back in an attempt to repeat as NFC East champions and bounce back from last year’s first-round playoff flop versus the Packers.
