Child taken to hospital after hit by car in Pottstown

POTTSTOWN, Pa. - A child was hit by a car in Pottstown Tuesday evening, according to Channel 69 news.


It happened around 6:30 p.m. in the area of High Street and South Bailey Street, according to the news report.


Channel 69 was told an 11-year-old boy was hit.




According to emergency dispatchers, one person was taken to the hospital.


There's no word on his condition.
