PLAINFIELD TWP., Pa. - The coroner was called to the scene of a crash on Route 33 in Northampton County Wednesday afternoon.
According to emergency dispatchers, crews were called to the scene of the crash at around 4:22 p.m. on Route 33 northbound at Mile Marker 11 in Belfast, as reported by county dispatchers. - This location is near the Route 33 overpass.

There is no information yet on whether anyone else was injured, according to Channel 69 News.
Traffic heading northbound on this section of Route 33 is congested beyond the Tatamy exit.
The investigation is being conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police.
