An earlier accident has 422 closed in both directions between Penn Avene and I-176, in Berks County, according to WFMZ news report,
The crash happened just after 9:00 am Tuesday morning.
Emergency responders were dispatched for an overturned dump truck in the eastbound lanes near the Lancaster Avenue exit.
There is no word at this time what led up to the crash.
