BANGOR, Pa - Crews have been responding to a fire in Bangor early this morning.
Dispatchers in Northampton County say the porch is fully involved and spreading. They also reported it was located near a gas line.
According to reports, the fire is located on the corner of East High Street and 512 - across the street from Miller's Paint
Met-Ed was requested to the scene due to high powerlines, according to dispatchers.
Norfolk Southern was also contacted to shut down railroad tracks until further notice, according to the dispatchers.
Dispatchers say the interior structure is compromised.
