Earlier yesterday there was a report that someone may have been hit by a train in Northampton County. A search began for the individual, but emergency crews ended up finding no one, according to a news report by WFMZ news.
It all started in the area of Railroad Street and West 16th Street in Northampton Borough shortly after 1 p.m on Sunday when the train conductor thought someone had been hit, according to officials.
Crews searched and found no one. Around 4:30 pm, crews left the scene, according to WFMZ.
