BETHLEHEM, Pa - According to Bethlehem City PA Animal Control, a female dog (pictured below) was found tied to a pole in the 300 Block of Filmore Street on Wednesday evening, July 17 at 10:00 pm.
The dog is described as having black and tan fur, wore a red harness, and had a black and white leash attached. No chip could be found.
