Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick is a first-time voter and made it clear who she's voting for this November

According to a report by The Spun, Danica Patrick, a 42-year-old former professional driver, has never voted in an election before but gave a clear indication of who she will be casting her vote for in the upcoming election.

"I am a first-time voter. I've never voted before but, this time around, I have to vote. It's that important," she said.

"I think Trump did a really good job of letting us know that there is fake news," she said during the recent public appearance.

"The person that runs this country should ultimately be running it very much like a business. I can't think of a better businessman than Donald Trump. I think this second rodeo, he would be able to make an insane difference. He's gonna go into that room and he's gonna get stuff done."

Former race car driver, Danica Patrick has never voted before but made it clear who she'll be voting for in the upcoming election.

Last week, Patrick co-hosted a town hall event for vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance and during the event, she shared a surprising revelation. While addressing a question from a first-time voter, Patrick sought to ease their worries, leading her to share a personal confession.

Earlier this year Patrick shared where she sat politically.

"Here is where I stand with SOME current issues and politics. I am not a liberal. I am somewhere between republican and independent. I think our country should be run by someone that knows business and has integrity. I believe we should be able to speak freely,"

Patrick said. "I love this country, and I have lived in other places. I believe when people of different opinions speak face to face, we realize we are more similar than different."

She has undoubtedly shifted towards a particular direction ahead of November 5.
