HILLTOWN TWP., PA -


Hilltown Township Police said a shelter-in-place alert meant for a particular housing development was mistakenly sent out to a larger portion of the township in Bucks County.

The following was an announcement on their social media page:

Good evening residents,


There was a large police presence in the Centennial Ridge Community. As a precaution to this a situation a shelter in place was issued.


The shelter in place was supposed to be for this community only. It was mistakenly sent out to a larger portion
