Hotel Bethlehem awarded title of best historic hotel in America for the fourth consecutive year by USA Today

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Hotel Bethlehem has been awarded the title of Best Historic Hotel/Resort in America for the fourth consecutive year by USA Today's 10 Best Readers' Choice awards.

This makes the hotel the only one to have won this award four times in a row, which officials say is a testament to the strong support from the community.

Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s team thanked the Lehigh Valley IronPigs for partnering with the hotel on “Grand Slam” promotions and encouraging fans to vote for the hotel on the stadium’s big board.

The hotel launched this year's campaign by throwing the ceremonial first pitch at Coca-Cola Park.

“This is a great example of how the Lehigh Valley Community works together to make great things happen and we are so thankful for the partnership,” said Haines.

The Hotel Bethlehem was also the only resort from Pennsylvania to be nominated this year.

In December, the Historic Hotel Bethlehem was also featured in the upcoming film, Saint Nick of Bethlehem starring Bethlehem native, Daniel Roebuck.

SaintNick of Bethlehem is based on the true story of a man who found purpose in adopting a Santa Claus persona after a family tragedy.

Roebuck reached out to Historic Hotel Bethlehem's manager partner Bruce Haines to coordinate shoots at the hotel, which would include important scenes in the 1741 on the Terrace Restaurant - which features a view of the beautiful Bethlehem star.
