EASTON, Pa. - A Lafayette College student is facing charges after he was caught recording two other students in the shower, according to an article by WFMZ News. The student then was later found with child pornography on his phone, authorities allege.
Peter Milius, a 20-year-old resident of Washington D.C., was charged Monday with two counts of invasion of privacy and one count of possessing child pornography, according to police.

A Lafayette police officer was called to Rubin Hall in October.
According to the article, the paperwork says that two men who live in the dorm reported to their resident advisor, who then called the police, that Milius had filmed them when they were in the shower at separate times.

Officials say investigators found videos of each on Milius' phone, including one where the person showering sees Milius raise his phone above the shower curtain.
A search of Milius' phone also found 76 images of child pornography, according to the paperwork.
Bail was set at $150,000 unsecured.
