HANOVER TWP., Pa - According to a news release from Lehigh Valley International Airport, 86,582 passengers used ABE last month – the highest total for March since 2004 - and a 10.7% increase from March 2023.
“We were fortunate to avoid late-season winter storms that could have impacted flight schedules. Additionally, ABE remains a popular resource for charter operations and some new destinations in recent months continue to create more opportunities for travelers to choose ABE,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Executive Director, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA).
By the numbers, Allegiant increased 18% and Delta passenger traffic jumped 3.3%. Meanwhile, American declined 6.4% and United decreased 1.6% from last March.
