PA State Police seek help locating an individual who exposed himself to children

Lynn Township, Pa - The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop M – Fogelsville

Station is requesting the public's help in identifying a vehicle and individual involved in an incident on Monday, March 11, 2024.


On Monday, March 11, 2024, at approximately 4:44 pm, Troopers responded to the 7000 block Lincoln Court, Lynn Township, Lehigh County for the report of an individual who had exposed himself to children.

A 9-year-old, along with her younger sister and two other children, were walking their dog on Lincoln Court when an unknown older male, operating a blue Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab pickup truck, approached the children.


As the 9-year-old went to the truck, the male, opened the door, was not wearing pants, and exposed himself to the child, according to police.


The operator of the vehicle is described as having a balding head with white hair and a white-colored beard.


The vehicle is possibly a 2009-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with chrome tubular steps and front and rear chrome bumpers, according to police.
