Police investigate 'serious incident' in Northampton Borough

According to WFMZ news, there is "police activity" in the 300 block of East Ninth Street in Northampton Borough.
State police are investigating what they call a "serious incident", according to the news report. Crime scene tape was blocking off the area Saturday afternoon.
