READING, PA -
Police in Reading are looking for Yusuf Scott who is wanted for kidnapping.
According to police, he broke into a home and kidnapped a woman Thursday morning.
Scott is described as 6'3, 175 lbs with longer dreadlocks.
He was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes, a black jacket, and a mask, according to police.
Scott is considered armed and dangerous. He was in possession of a handgun at the time of the incident.
