SOUTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa -
On November 15th at 6:38 pm, the individual in the photos below committed theft and access device fraud after stealing a wallet at the LA Fitness located at 1515 Mauch Chunk Rd, according to police.
The victim's credit cards were later used fraudulently at the Best Buy in Whitehall Township (pictured below).
