SPRING TWP,. Pa - On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Spring Township Police received a report of a theft from a Giant on Shillington Road, according to a post on social media.
While shopping at Giant, the victim was distracted by another customer, and during this time, someone stole her ID and Visa card from her purse, according to police.
Soon after, her card was used at a Lowes located on Shillington Road, for three separate transactions, each exceeding $400, according to the police report.
Two female suspects had their faces covered with masks (pictures attached) and bought gift cards and cleaning supplies from the store, according to report.
Police say they were seen leaving the complex and entering a gray SUV, possibly an Acura or BMW.
The car left the complex and headed west on Shillington Road with no visible registration number, according to police.
