State Police seek driver who fired gun at 17-year-old during road rage incident in Schuylkill County

S. MAINHEIM TWP., Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the driver of a BMW who allegedly fired at a 17-year-old boy during a road rage incident in Schuylkill County.


The incident took place around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, on Schuylkill Mountain Road just west of Burma Road in South Manheim Township, according to police.


Police reported that a man in his 30s, driving a black 2020s model BMW SUV, pulled up next to the teen who was driving a 1989 Ford, and allegedly fired a handgun "in the direction of the victim's vehicle".


Anyone with information is urged to contact the state police in Schuylkill Haven.
