Local dispatchers at Northampton County Emergency Alerts reported that a tractor-trailer went through the guardrail on I 78 EB at MM 69.2 in Lower Saucon Township.
According to dispatchers, the tractor-trailer traveled 30 feet down an embankment and was described as being "smashed up".
