Woman charged in retail theft from Wegmans in Warrington Township

On September 17, 2023, at approximately 2:28 P.M. Warrington Police Officers responded to Wegmans at 1405 Main Street in Warrington Township, Bucks County for the report of a retail theft.


The investigation revealed that Tatsiana Yelshyn left the store with $327.12 worth of merchandise without paying for it.


Yelshyn was taken into custody, processed and released.


A criminal complaint was filed for this case with the District Court.


Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
